We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Web and Mobile App Development Trainer to lead our upcoming 3-month training cohort. This is a fully remote role focused on transforming students into job-ready developers through a rigorous, project-based curriculum.Our goal is to move beyond theory; we need an instructor who can guide students through the end-to-end lifecycle of building real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Curriculum Delivery: Lead a comprehensive 3-month training program covering Full-Stack Web and/or Mobile App Development.
• Project-Based Instruction: Mentor students as they build functional, high-quality projects (e.g., E-commerce platforms, SaaS dashboards, or native mobile apps).
• Mentorship: Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and industry best practices (clean code, version control, and agile workflows).
• Progress Tracking: Evaluate student performance through milestone assessments and final project presentations.

Required Qualifications

• Proven Experience: A minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience in Web/App Development.
• Portfolio Requirement: A detailed SourceIN BPO portfolio showcasing successfully completed real-world projects is mandatory for consideration.
• Training Track Record: Prior experience in teaching or mentoring developers is highly preferred.
• Technical Stack: Proficiency in modern stacks (e.g., MERN, React Native, Flutter, or Next.js). Please specify your expertise in your proposal.
