We are looking for a highly skilled Backend Developer to build, scale, and maintain the core infrastructure powering our digital products. This role is focused on performance, reliability, and clean architecture—not just writing code.Key ResponsibilitiesBackend Architecture & Development
Design and develop scalable backend systems and APIs
Build secure, high-performance server-side applications
Implement clean, maintainable, and well-documented codeAPI & System Integration
Develop RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs
Integrate third-party services, payment gateways, and external APIs
Ensure seamless communication between frontend and backend systemsDatabase Management
Design and manage databases (SQL/NoSQL)
Optimize queries and ensure data integrity
Handle migrations, backups, and performance tuningPerformance & Security Optimization
Improve system performance, scalability, and uptime
Implement authentication, authorization, and data protection best practices
Monitor and fix bottlenecks, bugs, and vulnerabilitiesTesting & Deployment
Write unit and integration tests
Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
Collaborate with DevOps for smooth production releasesRequirements
Proven experience building and scaling backend systems
Strong knowledge of:
Backend frameworks (Node.js, Django, Laravel, or similar)
Database systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
API development and system designMinimum 3+ years backend development experience
