Job description

At Lekki Tech Arena, we build and scale digital products, brands, and campaigns that deliver measurable growth. We are hiring a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to execute high-performance campaigns across multiple channels.This role is strictly for doers with proven results, not theory-based marketers.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution

Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
Drive measurable outcomes: leads, conversions, and revenue

Funnel & Growth Strategy

Build and optimize sales funnels, landing pages, and customer journeys
Improve conversion rates across all touchpoints

Analytics & Optimization

Track performance using data and continuously optimize campaigns
Provide weekly reports with actionable insights

Content Collaboration

Work with designers and video creators to produce high-converting creatives

Requirements

3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience
Proven results (ROAS, lead generation, conversion growth)
Strong expertise in:
- Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Funnel building & landing pages
- Analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
Ability to work independently and deliver results
